		<description>this is REALLY good. Just make sure to check for bones. I used red skin potatoes and that was just fine. Very nice recipe and works according to the directions. Thanks. Will make again and maybe use other fish too.</description>

My girlfriend was really feeling like some seafood.  We stopped by and told the gentleman behind the counter that we wanted to make Tony&#039;s steamer clams and he laughed and asked if we knew who Tony was.  Sure enough we were talking to Tony.  We had a good laugh as we got our clams and we even threw some mussels in.  Everything turned out delicious.  We will definitely be coming back for another recipe and to say hello to Tony and his family.

		<description>I agree - Copper River Salmon is great - but not for that price.  The Marketers have distorted the price and painted a picture of value that just isn&#039;t there.  The Taku River Salmon is, in my opinion, just as good and a much better value.   I don&#039;t need to impress anyone and my taste buds can&#039;t tell the difference...

Love the Clam cleaning video - Very Helpful.</description>
